Artist Statement

After a long and reflective journey traversing a myriad of competing ideologies I accepted the worldview of the Judaeo-Christian way by humbly and gratefully converting to Catholicism. This reality reduced the zone of subjectivity in my art making. Creative praxis became a purposeful pursuit to align my intentions and compositions with the Divine Will. With the grace of the Paraclete, I seek to communicate the sublime truths of the Jewish, Christian and Catholic traditions. I strive to make work that is both orthodox and simultaneously contemporary through the mediums of digital, drawing, painting and sound. I hope my creations can help the timeless stories and teachings many were raised with, yet have set aside, become for them as renewed and essential as they have been unfolded for me.
